Meditation lies at the heart of the Extraterrestrial Communications Project. Four special mantras have been received for the purpose of helping meditators project their awareness into Space and establish possible connections with extraterrestrial intelligences.
The Project is open to everyone, including those who have never meditated before. The practice is simple: repeat the appropriate mantra internally for ten minutes, allow it to fade away and then remain quietly observant.
Experiences may take the form of inner Light, Sound, feelings, images, impressions, heightened awareness or a sense of being present somewhere beyond the ordinary physical surroundings. Nothing should be forced or imagined deliberately. Simply remain open and notice whatever arises.
The complete six-week mantra programme is explained near the bottom of this page.
Preparing to Meditate
Choose a quiet place where you are unlikely to be disturbed. Sit comfortably in a chair, on a meditation cushion or in another relaxed position that allows you to remain reasonably alert.
Before beginning:
● Gently loosen the shoulders, neck, arms and back.
● Close the eyes and allow the breathing to settle naturally.
● Let the body become relaxed and still.
● Repeat each syllable of the mantra clearly and precisely.
● Say the mantra internally unless the instructions indicate that you may begin aloud.
Repeat the mantra for approximately ten minutes. Afterwards, stop repeating it and simply let go.
Your mind may remain active, but try not to follow every thought. Rest quietly and observe whether anything unusual appears. Do not immediately analyse or interpret what happens.
First Mantra
The First Mantra is:
TEEM SEE LAA
Repeat the mantra internally for ten minutes each day.

The First Mantra is intended to align the meditator and make any adjustments that may be necessary before the later stages of the programme.
Some people may become aware of pressure, movement or other sensations around the head or body. Others may feel unusually focused, experience expansion or become aware of points in Space.
These experiences are not compulsory and will vary considerably from person to person.
The Mantra TEEM SEE LAA is part of a series of Sounds to be used by those wishing to participate in this Mission. It is intended to align the meditator and make adjustments where necessary.
Some may feel sensations or apparent manipulations around the head or body. Others may feel more focused or become aware of points in Space. This is only the beginning.
Experiences with the First Mantra
“I felt a strong pressure on the top of my head, as though a heavy weight had been gently lowered onto it.”
“After saying the mantra, I felt pressure on my forehead and a sense of being healed. This was followed by an experience of expansion, as though I were in Space.”
“At first, I felt as though heavy clouds were pressing down upon my head. After about ten minutes, I imagined a pathway opening through the clouds. Immediately, I could see the night sky and millions of stars.”
“After completing the mantra, a cloudy white veil appeared with an opening in its centre. I seemed to move through it and became aware of many images. I then entered a peaceful, etheric state, with subtle blue and grey colours forming soft, flame-like movements.”

The First Mantra is used repeatedly throughout the programme. It acts as a foundation between the other mantras and helps the meditator return to a balanced and receptive state.
Second Mantra
The Second Mantra is:
FAA ZEE RUU
Repeat the mantra for ten minutes each day.
Click below to hear the pronunciation:
When beginning the Second Mantra, you may find it helpful to sound it aloud several times. Once you are confident with the pronunciation, repeat it internally.
The Second Mantra is associated with a growing awareness of the connections between life on Earth and life elsewhere in the Cosmos. Experiences may arise during meditation, but they may also occur later during dreams, conversation or ordinary daily activity.
A sudden understanding may simply appear without any obvious process of reasoning. Some people may experience lucid dreams involving stars, planets, galaxies or unfamiliar beings.
Experiences with the Second Mantra
“While sleeping, I suddenly became aware of the night sky and experienced a shift in consciousness. I observed a central star, and the stars around it began moving backwards and forwards in circular arcs. It was unmistakably a lucid dream.”
“My experience with this Being has continued even outside meditation. The contact has felt very delicate and non-invasive. I gradually began to understand how significant it was.”
Be aware that information may come at any time during the day or night, not only while you are formally meditating.
Something may suddenly dawn upon you that you had not understood before. You may be speaking to someone when an answer to a puzzling question unexpectedly appears.
You may also experience lucid dreams in which you see points in Space, galaxies or extraterrestrial beings. Remain open, observe carefully and record anything that appears significant.
Possible contact should not be forced. An impression might appear as a voice, an image, a feeling, a complete idea or the sense that another intelligence is present.
You may inwardly ask who or what you are experiencing and then remain quiet. Communication may occur through words, images, emotions or direct understanding.
Write down the experience afterwards while the details remain fresh.
Third Mantra
The Third Mantra is:
KEEL ZUU LOMM
Repeat the mantra internally for ten minutes each day.
Click below to hear the pronunciation:
The effects of this and the other mantras may be varied. Some experiences may relate to personal healing, emotional balance or concerns connected with life on Earth.
Others may involve apparent pathways into Space, unfamiliar environments or awareness of life elsewhere in the Cosmos.
There is no need to decide in advance what should happen. Remain receptive and allow the experience to unfold in its own way.
Some experiences will be Earthbound, involving healing, emotions and other human concerns.
Others may discover pathways to different galaxies and gain impressions of the lives of beings elsewhere in the Cosmos.
Nothing is barred. Be bold, remain open and discover your potential.
Experiences with the Third Mantra
“After using the Third Mantra, I let go and entered a wonderfully tranquil stillness. After some time, I suddenly found myself within a beautiful star cluster.
There appeared to be hundreds of stars shining in many different colours. Some were extremely bright, while others displayed delicate pastel shades. As I watched, more stars appeared, as though they were being switched on.
The whole experience appeared three-dimensionally against a completely black sky.”
“After saying the mantra, I found myself in a completely still space and felt transfixed to my cushion. I became aware of an immense power that seemed available to me.
Images of sick people and places appeared, and I felt myself becoming a conduit for healing energy. The experience continued for at least an hour and felt deeply uplifting.”
Fourth Mantra
The Fourth Mantra is:
DEK RAM SOO
Repeat the mantra internally for ten minutes each day.
Click below to hear the pronunciation:
This is the final mantra in the present series. As with the previous mantras, it should be repeated internally, clearly and precisely.
After ten minutes, allow the mantra to stop and remain quietly observant. Do not search for a particular result.
As before, this mantra should be said internally, clearly and precisely. This is the final mantra for now.
Experiences with the Fourth Mantra
“During meditation with the Fourth Mantra, I first became aware of an energy shift within my physical body.
I then experienced an indescribable translucent blue within Space. It was unlike any colour I had previously seen. After several minutes, the blue dissolved and a translucent green appeared.
There was also a profound feeling of joy, peace and oneness. There was no sense of a separate self—only pure awareness witnessing everything.”
After Repeating the Mantra
Once the ten minutes of mantra repetition are complete, stop saying the mantra and simply let go.
Remain quietly observant for as long as feels natural. This might be a further ten or twenty minutes, although no fixed period is required.
You may notice:
● Inner Light or changing colours.
● Inner Sound, tones or vibrations.
● Pressure, tingling, movement or energy within the body.
● A sense of expansion or movement into Space.
● Images of stars, planets, galaxies or unfamiliar environments.
● Thoughts or information that appear suddenly and completely.
● A sense of presence or possible telepathic communication.
● Deep stillness in which the ordinary sense of self temporarily fades.
You may also experience nothing unusual. This does not mean that the meditation has failed. The effects of the practice may be gradual or may become apparent later.
Dreams and Daily Awareness
Information or experiences may arise outside formal meditation.
Pay attention to lucid dreams, sudden insights, unexpected answers to questions and moments when something simply seems to become known.
Keep a notebook beside your bed and another available during the day. Record experiences before analysing them, including:
● The date and time.
● Which mantra you were using.
● How long you meditated.
● Any Light, Sound, images, sensations or feelings.
● Words, ideas or information that appeared.
● Dreams or unusual events that followed.
Recording experiences accurately makes it easier to notice patterns and compare results over time.
The Complete Mantra Protocol
The complete programme lasts approximately six weeks.
Follow the mantras in this order:
- Week One: Use the First Mantra, TEEM SEE LAA, for ten minutes each day.
- Week Two: Use the Second Mantra, FAA ZEE RUU, for ten minutes each day.
- Week Three: Return to the First Mantra, TEEM SEE LAA, for ten minutes each day.
- Week Four: Use the Third Mantra, KEEL ZUU LOMM, for ten minutes each day.
- Week Five: Return once again to the First Mantra, TEEM SEE LAA, for ten minutes each day.
- Week Six: Use the Fourth Mantra, DEK RAM SOO, for ten minutes each day.
The First Mantra is therefore used as a foundation before each new stage of the programme.
After completing the six weeks, you may return to any of the mantras that you felt particularly drawn towards, or repeat the entire programme from the beginning.
Remaining Open and Balanced
Try not to go looking for a particular experience or to decide beforehand what extraterrestrial communication should resemble.
An experience may be dramatic, but it may equally be quiet and easily overlooked. It could consist of a feeling, a symbolic image, a sudden understanding or a shift in awareness rather than a visible being or spoken message.
Remain open to possibility while retaining your own judgement. There is no need to accept every thought, image or sensation as communication.
The most useful approach is to observe carefully, record accurately and allow understanding to develop gradually.
In Essence
The practice is straightforward: repeat the appropriate mantra for ten minutes, let it fade and remain silently receptive.
The four mantras are used in a particular sequence over approximately six weeks, with the First Mantra providing a foundation between each of the later stages.
Do not force an experience and do not worry if nothing unusual happens immediately. Approach the practice patiently, openly and with a genuine spirit of exploration.
