Firstly, what you call humans only exist on Earth. There are obviously other lifeforms both more advanced and less advanced than Earthlings, but they are not humans. The definition of a human is the ability to find his/her Higher Nature – God. Other lifeforms who inhabit Planets/areas of the Cosmos have other remits.

When a Planet needs input to move forward as a species, other lifeforms from more advanced Planets Incarnate. You are such a species, Incarnating at this time, primarily to bring a new technology. There are many such Incarnations at this time.
